Our academic, technical and vocational departments work collaboratively to provide students with a broad, balanced and relevant secondary education.
Each department contributes to the development of students' knowledge, practical skills, character, creativity and confidence. Through classroom instruction, practical activities, assessment, enrichment and co-curricular opportunities, our departments prepare students for further education, employment, entrepreneurship and responsible citizenship.
The Department of English develops effective communication, critical thinking, creativity and an appreciation of language and literature. Students build competence in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
The Mathematics Department develops logical reasoning, accuracy, problem-solving and analytical thinking. Students are encouraged to apply mathematical concepts to everyday, scientific and technical situations.
The Science Department promotes curiosity, investigation and evidence-based reasoning. Students explore the natural and physical world through scientific inquiry, laboratory activities and practical applications.
The Social Studies Department helps students understand society, history, geography, citizenship and human relationships. Students develop research, interpretation, decision-making and civic responsibility.
The Business Education Department equips students with knowledge and practical skills in commerce, accounting, entrepreneurship, office administration and the use of business technology.
The Information Technology Department develops digital literacy, computational thinking and practical computer skills. Students learn to use technology safely, responsibly and productively.
The Department of Industrial Technology provides practical, technical and competency-based education. Students develop design, problem-solving, construction, fabrication, electrical, drawing and workshop skills.
The Agricultural Science Department develops knowledge and practical skills in crop production, animal production, aquaculture, agro-processing and sustainable agriculture.
The Home Economics Department provides practical education in food preparation, nutrition, clothing, textiles, family life, resource management and entrepreneurship.
The Allied Arts Department promotes physical fitness, healthy living, teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship and athletic development through structured physical activities and competitive sport.
The Modern Languages Department develops communication skills and cultural awareness. Students learn to communicate in Spanish while gaining an appreciation of the language, traditions and cultures of Spanish-speaking communities.
