Ready to submit your request?
Before beginning, have your identification available. If you still have old NAMS report cards, you may also upload clear photographs or scans of report-card pages to assist the school in locating and verifying your academic records more quickly.
How it works
The online process is simple and designed to help former students provide the information needed by the school.

Open the Portal
Select whether you need a transcript, recommendation letter, or both.

Provide Your History
Enter the classes you attended, such as Form 1 – 1L, Form 2 – 2L, and the years where remembered.

Upload Identification
Upload a clear identification document. Old report-card pages may also be uploaded if available.

Save Your Request ID
After submission, keep your Request ID so you can return to the portal and check your status.
Please note:
Providing old report-card pages is optional. Any information supplied
will still be checked against the school's official records before a
transcript or other official document is issued.
